Attention all parents and families!!!! We are looking for baby photos to aww and chuckle at our grade sixes for the end of the year farewell assembly. Please bring them in by June 1st!

Today in room 16:
We started our morning with some DEAR before heading off to the gym for our first in the gym assembly. In the assembly today we watched an acknowledgement of the land, sung O Canada, handed out patroller of the month awards, and handed out pillars of care awards. Students loved seeing themselves in the monthly video!
After the assembly we had our spelling test and snack. I gave the students a chunk of time to finish writing their news articles. THESE ARE DUE MONDAY.
Social projects are due next FRIDAY. PLEASE SPEND SOME TIME WORKING ON THEM OVER THE WEEKEND.
We finished our day with an appreciation circle before playing Mr Shackelton's class in kickball outside.
